Terms of Service

Welcome to MetaLuck.org ("MetaLuck", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") explain the terms and conditions by which you may access and use our services. Our services shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to, the MetaLuck websites (the "Interface" or "App"), and all our other properties, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Agreement to Terms​

You must read these Terms carefully as it governs your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using any of the Service, you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms in its entirety.

If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use any of the Service and should not use the Service.

2. Changes to These Terms or the Services​

MetaLuck reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. As a user of the Service, it is your responsibility to check the Terms regularly for any changes, and to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply when you access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of any changes made to the Terms. Our Services are continuously evolving and improving; thus, we may modify or discontinue providing all or certain parts of the Services at any time without prior notice and at our own discretion.

3. Usage of Services​

  • MetaLuck is only accessible to users who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract with us.

  • The Services are only available to users who are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any jurisdiction that is subject to a comprehensive U.S. Government embargo ("Embargoed Jurisdiction"); (b) you are not subject to any sanctions administered by an agency of the U.S. Government, any other government, or the United Nations (collectively, "Sanctions"); (c) you are not owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by any person that is subject to Sanctions, or that is located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of, any Embargoed Jurisdiction; (d) none of your officers, managers, directors, shareholders or authorized representatives is subject to Sanctions, or is located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of, any Embargoed Jurisdiction, or is owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by any person that is subject to Sanctions or that is located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of, any Embargoed Jurisdiction; (e) you have not transacted and will not transact with any person or entity falling into any of (a)-(d); (f) you have not transacted and will not transact for the benefit of any person or entity falling into any of (a)-(d).

Unauthorized Access

  • Users are not allowed to use or attempt to use another user’s account without authorization from such user.
  • Users are not allowed to use the Site and/or Services to do web crawling, web harvesting, data mining, data extraction, scraping, or aggregating information without our permission.
  • Users are not allowed to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including creating or displaying illegal content, such as content that may involve child sexual exploitation, or encouraging or promoting any activity that violates the Terms of Service.

4. Services​

MetaLuck is a decentralized NFT raffle platform. It gives NFT holders the opportunity to host raffles on public blockchains, including but not limited to Polygon blockchain, also it gives buyers the chance to win NFTs by buying tickets.

  • To access MetaLuck, your blockchain address functions as your identity. It is important to note that a third-party wallet and a blockchain address are needed for users to be able to transact on MetaLuck. You are solely responsible for keeping your wallet secure and you should never share your wallet credentials or seed phrase with anyone. If you discover an issue related to your wallet, please contact your wallet provider. Wallets are not operated by, maintained by, or affiliated with MetaLuck, and MetaLuck does not have custody or control over the contents of your wallet and has no ability to retrieve or transfer its contents.
  • MetaLuck is not party to any agreement between any users. We make no claims, guarantees, or recommendations regarding the identity, legitimacy, functionality, or authenticity of users or NFTs (and any content associated with such NFTs) visible on the Service. It is your responsibility alone to confirm the identity, legitimacy, and authenticity of NFTs.
  • MetaLuck implements methods to ensure the safety. It is of importance that users never attempt to break in, access, or otherwise bypass MetaLuck’s security measures. If MetaLuck decides that a user’s account has been the subject of a breach in security, or that the user may be attempting to breach the system, MetaLuck reserves the right to inform the appropriate authorities and close the account as a precautionary measure.
  • MetaLuck takes the rights to remove raffle buys that show suspicious activity from the draws.

Cost and Fees: To use the MetaLuck platform, users must be aware of the fees associated with making transactions. These fees will be outlined in the Terms and Conditions or posted somewhere on the site. All applicable fees must be paid by the user, and MetaLuck is authorized to charge the user for such fees. Additionally, buyers are responsible for paying all associated fees for each transaction, and raffle creators will be charged a 5% service fee for each ticket sold. Raffle tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Using the blockchain may also necessitate gas fees, which are fees that are used to sustain the blockchain network. As a result, users must be ready to pay for each transaction they make.

Copyright Policy: MetaLuck is committed to upholding copyright laws and protecting the intellectual property of its users. To this end, the platform expects users to always abide by the terms of copyright protection. In the event of any serious or repeated infringement on the rights of copyright holders, MetaLuck reserves the right to terminate the user's account without prior notice.
